RunServer, LLC built the Siege Wars game as a free, ad supported app. This SERVICE is provided by RunServer, LLC and is intended for use as is.
This page explains what information the Siege Wars app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Information We Collect
The app does not require an account and does not ask you to type in personal information to play. When the app requests ads or sends analytics events, it transmits technical and device information to the providers below, including your IP address, device identifiers (such as your advertising ID), device model and operating system version, general app usage such as which screens you visit, and coarse location derived from your IP address. This information is used to serve and measure ads, keep the app secure, and understand how the app is used. It is not used to build a profile tied to your name.

Advertising
The app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Third party vendors, including Google, use advertising identifiers and cookies or equivalent mobile identifiers to serve ads based on your prior use of this app and other apps and sites. AdMob may also work with other ad networks that serve ads inside the app; those networks are selected by Google's mediation and are not named individually here.
Your Ad Choices
You can opt out of personalised advertising by Google in Google Ads Settings. On iOS, you can limit ad tracking in Settings under Privacy & Security, Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings under Google, Ads. Turning off personalised advertising does not stop ads from being shown; it means the ads you see are no longer chosen based on your activity.
Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google is required to obtain your consent before serving personalised ads. Consent is requested through a consent interface shown in the app, and you can change or withdraw it at any time through that same interface. If you do not consent, non personalised advertising is served instead.
Analytics and Measurement
We use aggregate measurement, including Google Analytics, to count sessions and understand which parts of the app are used. This measurement works on the technical and device information described above and is used in aggregate; we do not use it to build profiles of individual players.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The app itself does not set cookies. The third party services listed above may use cookies or equivalent mobile identifiers, such as the advertising ID on your device, to collect information and provide their services. You can control these through the device level settings described in Your Ad Choices above.
Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service related services, or to help us understand how the Service is used. These third parties have access to the information described above only to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf, and are obligated not to use it for any other purpose.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with data brokers or marketing companies. The third party data flows from this app are the advertising and analytics services described above, which are governed by those providers' own privacy policies. We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law.
Retention
We keep the information described in this policy only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, such as serving ads, measuring usage, and keeping the app secure.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your information, and we use commercially acceptable means to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100 percent secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
